📋 Description Provide strategic sourcing support on critical open roles. Partner with stakeholders to build talent pipelines for gaps. Develop end-to-end sourcing plans and tactics. Conduct thorough candidate prescreening and ensure data integrity. Lead on external talent insights to inform talent strategy. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree required. 3+ years in in-house sourcing or retained search. Healthcare/pharma sourcing preferred; Commercial roles advantageous. Experience screening, prescreening, and interviewing. End-to-end recruitment with passive outreach.
