📋 Description Support setup, changeover and packaging of pharmaceutical products Assist in line operations on finishing line(s) with minimal supervision Maintain safety and quality during production and line maintenance Perform housekeeping and line clearances as required Contribute to cross-functional improvements and schedule alignment Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to improve efficiency 🎯 Requirements High school or equivalent; technical cert/degree preferred Good quality focus and adherence to site policies Ability to communicate with engineering/mechanical teams Basic computer skills and ability to learn new programs Familiarity with POMs, SAP, MAXIMO preferred Knowledge of cGMP; able to stand 8–12 hrs/day, lift 25 lbs, 40–60 hrs/wk
