📋 Description Lead Kensington's global People function and advise the CEO, Board, and ELT. Build scalable people infrastructure for a high-growth, distributed business. Oversee Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Leadership, Total Rewards, People Role based 4 days onsite at Toronto Head Office (2 Queen St E). Partner with leadership to drive culture, performance, and organizational design. 🎯 Requirements Extensive executive HR leadership (15+ years) in travel, luxury, or global groups. Proven ability to scale HR functions in multi-brand or M&A contexts.
