📋 Description Own learning operations and program delivery at scale. Design scalable workflows reducing manual effort. Automate learner communications, registrations, reminders, and reporting with AI-enabled workflows. Evaluate AI tools to improve learner support and scalability. Develop repeatable systems for growth with minimal admin effort.
