📋 Description Develop RELAP5-3D models for steady-state and transient analyses. Create plant-level control strategies and component-level models. Perform heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics calculations to validate results. Analyze normal, upset, emergency, and fault conditions to set design requirements and limits. Conduct plant-wide transient analyses to support design decisions. Collaborate with safety, instrumentation & controls, and design teams on technical challenges. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nuclear, Mechanical, Electrical engineering, or related field. Experience with system analysis codes such as RELAP5 or TRACE. Strong understanding of thermal-hydraulic analysis, 1D hydraulic network modeling, and transient Desirable: experience modeling I&C systems and familiarity with nuclear power plant Strong technical writing and communication skills; ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. 🎁 Benefits Competitive hourly compensation (range: $37-$74/hour).
