📋 Description Own accounting policies for inventory, COGS, and R&D expenses per US GAAP. Lead analysis for COGS, inventory, and R&D, presenting drivers during close. Provide technical accounting memos, policy updates, and governance materials. Lead cross-functional projects to implement processes, systems, and controls; partner with IT to Translate accounting conclusions into executable process changes and control activities. Collaborate with internal/external auditors on policy, implementation, and disclosures. 🎯 Requirements 9+ years public accounting or industry experience with strong technical accounting expertise. Strong leadership, communication, and executive presence across stakeholders. Deep U.S. GAAP knowledge and ability to apply guidance to business facts and reporting. Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with growth mindset. High integrity, accountability, ownership, and excellence. Proven ability to lead end-to-end projects from research to governance and reporting.
