📋 Description Develop and qualify thermal-hydraulic safety analysis methods for nuclear/advanced energy systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance modeling capabilities and support licensing Create automated workflows for model prep, execution, post-processing, and repeatable analysis. Document methodologies, applicability ranges, and numerical performance for design and licensing. Support system transient analyses, code assessment, verification, and validation activities. Contribute to plant design, safety analysis, and coupled simulation workflows. 🎯 Requirements Degree in Mechanical, Nuclear, Chemical Engineering or related field. 3+ years in system-level thermal-hydraulic modeling and method development for nuclear/advanced Experience developing/improving engineering analysis methods, closure models, and optimization Experience with RELAP5-3D, GOTHIC, SAS, or equivalent tools. Strong understanding of thermal-fluid behavior and reactor system phenomena. Experience with sensitivity analyses and identifying modeling gaps. 🎁 Benefits Competitive hourly compensation range of approximately $37–$74 per hour. Remote work flexibility.
