Technical Consultant, Compute & Virtualization

📋 Description Participate in client discovery, assessment, planning, and design workshops. Design and implement compute platforms incl. rack, blade, hyperconverged, GPU infra. Design, deploy, upgrade, migrate, optimize virtualization and platform services (VMware vSphere Contribute to data center modernization, consolidation, migration, lifecycle initiatives. Perform analysis, configuration, validation, troubleshooting across compute/virtualization. Develop implementation plans, designs, build guides, test plans, procedures, runbooks, docs. 🎯 Requirements Five+ years designing/implementing/supporting enterprise compute and virtualization. Hands-on VMware vSphere experience: ESXi, vCenter, clusters, HA, lifecycle ops. Experience with server hardware, firmware, capacity planning, perf analysis, ops support. Experience documenting implementations for clients/delivery teams. Strong troubleshoot methodically; able to work independently and with PMs/architects/vendors.
