📋 Description Own full-cycle technical recruiting across multiple functions Source candidates via job boards, sourcing tools, communities Build talent pipelines for current and future openings Deliver best-in-class candidate experience for Doxel Drive recruiting process and rigor with hiring managers Calibrate interview loops and screening frameworks 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in full-cycle technical recruiting Experience across Engineering, Product, Data/ML, Design, IT/Security Proficient with ATS (Lever, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools Strong communication; able to push back on managers Comfortable sourcing passive candidates Full-time contract, 3–6 months with extension potential 🎁 Benefits Health/dental/vision benefits Unlimited PTO 401(k) program Flexible work environment Equal opportunity employer
