📋 Description Coordinate activities of assigned team on production, quality, safety, and line efficiency Adhere to production schedule; manage breaks and changeovers; communicate with leaders Set up equipment and handle start-up, change-overs, and shutdowns for packaging lines Train, coach, and motivate team; cover absences; pass down training and SOPs Create daily reports on staffing, production, scrap, and issues; maintain KPI visuals Maintain clean, safe work area following GMP and OSHA guidelines 🎯 Requirements Lean Manufacturing techniques knowledge GMP and OSHA guidelines familiarity Lockout/Tagout and job rotation procedures Experience with packaging equipment (wrappers, carton closers, jet printers) Ability to train, coach, and communicate effectively with team Develop SOPs and maintain KPI reporting 🎁 Benefits On-site role in Carson City, Nevada Full-time 1st shift with overtime as needed Competitive pay with opportunities for shift-based overtime
