📋 Description Lead daily operations, staffing, scheduling, payroll, and budget for a high-needs adult day program Be hands-on on the floor, coach staff, assist during high-behavior incidents Train, develop, and hold staff accountable to performance expectations Develop engaging activities that promote independence and life skills Implement person-centered service plans and behavior support strategies Ensure compliance with Title 17, Title 22, licensing standards and policies 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human services or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years in a human services delivery setting At least 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience with 10+ staff preferred 2+ years in care of individuals with IDD in day program or residential setting Experience with high-behavior settings and regulatory expectations Strong MS Office skills and excellent written/verbal communication 🎁 Benefits Starting salary $75,000; full range $75,000 to $83,596.59 Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance 401(k) plan with employer match; PTO; growth opportunities Life, disability, and supplemental insurance Employee discounts, paid training, and early pay option Paid time off and development opportunities
