Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance sourcing, screening, and overall recruiting 🎯 Requirements 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment. Operational rigor and comfort using data to guide decisions and measure impact. Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
