📋 Description Own the application of Paint and Thermal Protection System materials from design release through Layout the build flow to ensure efficient, high-quality processes capable of scaling production Drive initial build efforts and improve product lines via design integration, assembly sequencing Support shop floor and production personnel with issue resolution and upstream feedback for Monitor large-scale part movements and ensure safety with clear direction. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in aeronautical/mechanical engineering or related field; 1-2 years progressive 3D and 2D design/drafting experience per ASME Y14.5M (NX preferred). Strong interpersonal skills to interface with engineering and manufacturing for manufacturability Experience with at least 2 of: adhesive bonding, soft goods, coatings, machining, mechanical Ability to perform trade studies using first principles and engineering fundamentals. Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. 🎁 Benefits New product introduction of aerospace hardware with proven success. Experience managing multiple fast-paced projects; MSD/MES/QMS knowledge beneficial. Master’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
