Member Experience Associate (Part-Time) - Reston

📋 Description Be the first face members see, prep the office for the day, brew coffee, and stock shared amenities. Own inventory management and location supplies ordering. Design and set up events and signage for a memorable member experience. Add new members into multiple systems to ensure a seamless first day. Assist members with IT or wifi issues as needed. Participate in local marketing events to showcase value of flexible solutions. 🎯 Requirements Perform repetitive tasks requiring lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 25 lbs. Stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods. Operate machines/appliances (printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, kitchen Participate in food prep and cleaning per health and safety regulations, including use of cleaning Keep work areas sanitary and follow safety protocols. 🎁 Benefits Hourly compensation starts at $25.25. Commuter stipend of $100 per quarter. Eligible for up to $500 in bonus pay every 6 months. One Medical telehealth membership. 48 hours of personal time off annually. Sick pay as required by law.
