Paralegal with a Talent for Customer Service (LegalTech)

📋 Description Join a dynamic LegalTech environment blending legal drafting, customer engagement, and technology. Support customers throughout their journey by combining legal drafting, customer service, and Collaborate with a Customer Success team to ensure client outcomes and high service quality. Draft, review, and prepare legal agreements tailored to customer requirements with accuracy and Assist customers with onboarding, including integrations with source code management platforms. Provide exceptional support by handling inquiries and guiding users through services. 🎯 Requirements Experience as a Paralegal or in customer-facing roles (Customer Success/Support) preferred. Experience drafting/reviewing legal documents with attention to detail. Familiarity with LegalTech concepts or interest in legal tech and SaaS. Excellent written English communication skills. Strong analytical thinking, organization, and proactive problem-solving.
