Onboarding Manager

📋 Description Lead the 90-day onboarding program to deliver value and revenue ramp-up for Veremark clients. Coordinate technical setup of the Veremark platform and ensure correct configuration. Deliver end-user training and create client-facing resources. Collaborate across Technical, Finance, Customer Success, and Account Management teams. Manage onboarding activities and documentation with Monday.com for auditability. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in onboarding/implementation or related field. Strong technical aptitude, platform configuration, and troubleshooting skills. Experience with Monday.com, Asana, Jira or similar PM tools.
