Onboarding Calculations Technical Manager

📋 Description Lead and provide technical oversight to the Onboarding Calculations Team in PRT Client Services. Produce and check Defined Benefits quotations and support complex DB benefit structures. Drive projects to enhance processes and coach junior colleagues. Act as SME for the team and support other internal teams to optimise delivery. Analyse MI to monitor customer outcomes and quality. Hybrid work arrangement with split between home and Glasgow offices. 🎯 Requirements Qualified Actuary with significant DB pension administration experience. Deep understanding of defined benefit scheme structures and regulations. Experience with manual quotations and complex DB benefits. Strong problem solving with effective communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage tight timescales and prioritise work.
