Global Sourcing Manager - Rack and Mechanicals

📋 Description Lead sourcing strategy for rack infrastructure and mechanical hardware components for Graphcore's Partner with engineering, supply chain, and finance to secure capacity, cost, and delivery Translate technical roadmaps into sourcing strategies and negotiation frameworks. Negotiate long-term supply agreements and capacity reservations. Develop cost models and perform should-cost analyses to strengthen leverage. Ensure supply continuity through capacity planning and supplier risk management. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field. 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or technical procurement. Strong sourcing experience in rack infrastructure and mechanical hardware components. Proven track record negotiating complex supplier agreements. Ability to translate technical requirements into commercial sourcing strategies.
