📋 Description Manage SpaceXAI's compliance program for state and federal employment laws. Collaborate with HR to develop policies on employment matters including accommodations, leaves Audit compliance programs and implement corrective actions with cross‑functional teams. Advise on employment separations, job classifications, and background checks; support recruiting Create and deliver training for people leaders; contribute to training materials. Oversee OFCCP compliance reports and related filings; monitor labor law developments. 🎯 Requirements JD from an ABA-accredited school. 10+ years of employment law experience. Preferred: strong academic record, experience with AAP/OFCCP, California employment law, and Ability to communicate clearly, manage diverse projects, and adapt to changing priorities. Travel up to 10%; admitted to the bar in at least one U.S. state. This role is based in Bastrop, TX and is on-site. 🎁 Benefits $176,000 - $264,000 USD base salary.
