📋 Description Supervise and coordinate daily road construction activities on site. Ensure works follow plans, specs, contracts, and regs. Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers for smooth execution. Organise daily site ops; allocate resources to meet deadlines. Monitor progress; flag delays and risks; propose actions. Review drawings and documents; provide buildability feedback. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's/Master's in Civil Engineering or related field (or equivalent). Minimum 5 years on-site road/infrastructure supervision. Experience managing subcontractors and multiple activities. Knowledge of earthworks, drainage, utilities, pavements, finishing.
