SaaS Operations: Manage licensing, renewal calendar, and software stack. Data Integrity: Clean Vendor Master Data; ensure W-9, terms, and security on file. Procurement Help Desk: Internal contact for contracts and invoicing questions. Compliance & Audit: Build paper trail for audit-ready spending. 🎯 Requirements Experience: 4+ years in Procurement Ops, Purchasing, or FinOps. Problem Solving: Strong data cleanup and organized data management. Technical Breadth: Understanding of APIs to connect procurement tools with Finance/IT.
