Manager HR Digital & IA

📋 Description Lead digital HR projects and IA initiatives within a HR & Transformation Business Unit. Supervise consultants on SIRH strategy, SIRH tooling, and HR data initiatives. Advise RH & SIRH leaders on solution choices (SIRH, Data RH, IA RH) and drive change management Define change management strategy and pilot post-project audits for Digital HR transformations. Develop data governance and Data RH organization to support HR activities. Identify and prioritize IA use cases in recruitment and other HR processes. 🎯 Requirements Graduated from a top management school, university, or engineering school with HR specialization. 4+ years of successful consulting or HR leadership experience on large-scale SIRH projects. Functional and technical knowledge of HR suites (Workday, TalentSoft, Cornerstone, SAP Functional expertise in HR processes (Administration, Recruitment, Internal Mobility, Talent Project management skills: studies, business cases, project management, requirements gathering Digital topics familiarity: mobility, collaboration, RPA, IA; strong data/IA awareness is a plus. 🎁 Benefits Join a global management consulting firm with a focus on digital and data transformation.
