📋 Description Lead global cross-functional clinical study teams, ensuring effective decision-making and timely Manage external vendors and partners for study execution, ensuring performance and adherence to Develop and maintain study plans, timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and operational Oversee clinical trial execution: site selection, activation, enrollment support, monitoring, data Ensure studies comply with protocols, SOPs, ICH/GCP, regulatory requirements, and internal Drive risk-based quality management, identify issues, and implement mitigation and corrective 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/healthcare field; advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of progressive experience in clinical research/operations/global study management in Proven experience leading global studies from feasibility to completion. Strong project management with ability to manage timelines, budgets, resources, and Advanced knowledge of clinical operations, trial methodologies, regulatory requirements, and Experience in Oncology studies preferred. 🎁 Benefits Competitive annual salary range of $136,400 – $181,400 USD.
