Package Manager - Roads

📋 Description Oversee all aspects of the road package within the project timeline and budget. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategy for the road package. Contribute to plans, budgets and schedules for the road package. Lead road construction team across earthworks, pavement, drainage and utilities. Review drawings for cost-saving and value engineering opportunities. Ensure procurement, quality, safety and compliance with standards. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field; Master's preferred. Extensive experience managing steel structure packages for large projects. Ability to set targets, monitor activities and report progress. Budget management experience and decisive decision making.
