Collaborate with operations to align priorities with workforce needs and address staffing 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of recruiting experience, incl. 2+ years leading teams. Experience building sourcing strategies and managing high-volume hiring. Hands-on with AI tools and recruitment analytics for data-driven decisions. Strong CRM, reporting, and pipeline management knowledge. Experience designing evaluation frameworks and improving workflows.
