Design operating rhythm and OKR tracking for the function. 🎯 Requirements MBA or equivalent + consulting or strategy/ops at a high-growth tech company. Strong analytical skills; comfortable with large datasets for insights. Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives. Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership. Experience leading planning processes (annual, headcount, budget).
