Collaborate across clients to execute business transformation and regulatory initiatives. Provide leadership in consulting delivery, business development, and client accounts. Shape client solutions and delivery approaches for digital assets initiatives. Mentor and develop teams while representing Sia externally. 🎯 Requirements Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Business or Engineering; master’s preferred. 10+ years in management consulting or financial services with relevant domains. Experience with digital assets, tokenization, stablecoins, custody, and blockchain infra.
