📋 Description Lead verification lifecycle and translate requirements into test plans Design and develop test fixtures and lead hands-on test execution Automate tests with Python or C++ for life-cycle and fatigue testing Architect DAQ systems and perform statistical analysis to validate design margins 🎯 Requirements Industry background in hardware-heavy fields (robotics, aerospace, automotive, or medical devices) Mechatronic testing of BLDC motors, drivetrains, wire harnesses, and chassis Mastery of test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, thermal/vibration chambers; DAQ platforms Scripting in Python or MATLAB and CAD proficiency (SolidWorks or NX) Requirements traceability using tools like Jama, Polarion, or JIRA
