📋 Description Role focused on People Partnering and People Operations in EU. Support senior leaders, coach managers, and shape org design. Balance partnering with operational excellence; engage with German law context. Collaborate with EU HR and Ops teams to scale People function. 🎯 Requirements 7–10 years in People, Operations, Consulting, or related field. Tech experience and startup/scale-up background preferred. Strong strategic and hands-on execution capabilities. Fluent German and English. Credible, influential coaching with senior stakeholders. 🎁 Benefits Base annual salary €100,000 - €130,000 plus equity. Hybrid/in-person collaboration; Freiburg-based with travel support.
