📋 Description Support Workday production ops: configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and user support. Perform functional testing; develop test scenarios; validate changes. Create HR reports, run data audits, and maintain data accuracy. Investigate and resolve system issues, incl. data transfers with vendors. Partner with IT on integrations and interfaces to improve interoperability. Support HR initiatives like performance management and compensation planning. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 5 years in HRIS/HR tech or related fields. At least 2 years of Workday configuration experience. Deep expertise in at least one Workday HCM module with upgrades. Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices. Experience with production support, troubleshooting, and system improvements. Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions. 🎁 Benefits Salary range: $69,906.75–$99,000/year.
