Senior IT Operations Engineer

📋 Description Lead design, implementation, and improvement of IT operations strategies for reliable, scalable, secure tech. Manage and optimize enterprise SaaS platforms, including IAM, collaboration tools, productivity apps, and endpoint management. Drive initiatives to improve IT infrastructure, security standards, system performance, and ops efficiency. Support rollout and governance of AI-powered workplace tools, with access control, compliance, and usage monitoring. Own macOS fleet management, device administration, and endpoint security practices. Mentor junior IT engineers, sharing expertise and promoting operational excellence. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience in a senior IT operations, systems engineering, or workplace technology role, with a strong track record of improving IT environments. Advanced knowledge of SaaS administration, identity and access management, endpoint management, and security best practices. Hands-on experience managing macOS environments and enterprise device management solutions. Experience administering enterprise AI tools, including access management, user provisioning, governance, and usage monitoring. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, automation, compliance requirements, and operational processes.
