📋 Description Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of new initiatives and working groups. Manage projects from concept through launch and improvement. Build engagement strategies, including conversion funnels and community growth. Coordinate creation and operation of new councils with stakeholders. Develop processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and consistency. Experience creating initiatives, communities, or programs from scratch. Experience managing online events (planning, coordination, execution).
