📋 Description Own day-to-day operation of the privacy program. Define priorities and track KPIs; report on health and maturity. Lead data subject rights, data mapping (ROPA), records of processing. Draft/update DPAs, SCCs, and data-transfer instruments in contracts. Monitor global privacy laws and advise on regulatory responses. Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and product teams. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years legal experience; 5+ years in privacy program work. Deep knowledge of GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, US state privacy laws. Experience with DPIAs/PIAs, ROPA, data mapping, vendor risk management. Strong judgment, cross-functional leadership, and communication skills. J.D. from a top-tier law school; active state bar; privacy certifications preferred. 🎁 Benefits Pay Range Zone 2: $219,800 – $302,300 USD Zone 3: $207,600 – $285,450 USD Comprehensive benefits; location-based pay considerations.
