📋 Description Join our US HRO team to deliver HR support across HR Operations, Ask HR, Payroll, Payroll Tax Partner with global stakeholders to provide accurate, compliant HR services. Engage in process improvements and support automation initiatives. 🎯 Requirements L2 (Senior Associate): 2–5 years in HR Shared Services; L3 (Lead): 4–7 years with leadership Experience in HR Operations, US Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, or HR Shared Services. Hands-on with Workday, ADP, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HRIS. Strong English communication; experience supporting US-based employees/customers. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Willing to work US night shifts from the Chennai office.
