Director, Silicon Logical Design

📋 Description Lead and scale Graphcore's Logical Design group within Silicon. Define strategy, technical direction, and delivery for silicon RTL and microarchitecture. Partner with Architecture, Physical Design, Verification, DFT and PM teams to ensure on-time Guide multi-site RTL/microarchitecture teams and evolve design flows. Drive cross-functional collaboration and maintain world-class design standards for performance 🎯 Requirements Extensive experience in digital logical design, micro-architecture and RTL development for large Strong leadership to grow and mentor RTL teams and manage global, multi-site programs. Technical ownership of micro-architecture specification, RTL development, and robust sign-off Expertise with SystemVerilog and/or VHDL; advanced design-for-test methodologies; strong scripting Proven track record delivering on tight schedules with cross-functional stakeholders.
