📋 Description Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (suppliers, services, licenses, JVs, NDAs). Advise on commercial risks, obligations, and compliance under Australian law. Collaborate with stakeholders to align contracts with business objectives. Support M&A and reorganisations through due diligence and docs. Analyze business strategies from a legal perspective; provide practical recommendations. Keep current on changes in commercial legislation, regulations, and contract law developments. Handle legal matters independently in a remote role. Translate complex legal concepts into clear advice for non-legal stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements LLB or equivalent qualification. Minimum 5 years in commercial transactions or corporate law. Strong knowledge of Australian contract law and commercial regulations. Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements. Ability to assess legal risks and provide practical recommendations. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem solving. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
