Workplace Services Site Lead

📋 Description Lead on-site facilities ops, workplace experience, and events in Kirkland. Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems; manage vendor relations. Use ServiceNow to handle requests, track work orders, and closeouts. Coordinate with Real Estate, Safety, IT, and other teams for seamless delivery. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and business continuity during incidents. 🎯 Requirements 3–5+ years in FM & Operations or related. Certifications such as FMP, BOMA, IWFM, or similar. Strong interpersonal skills and white-glove customer service. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders. Proficiency with CAFM/CMMS and related tools.
