Use data to optimize hiring performance and TA strategies. 🎯 Requirements At least 8 years in technical recruitment, preferably in fast-growing tech. Proven success hiring specialized tech talent (engineering, ML, etc.). End-to-end recruitment experience, partnering with managers on strategy. Build scalable recruiting systems and leverage AI-powered tools. Experience recruiting across multiple countries and remote orgs.
