📋 Description Lead strategic sourcing across logistics categories, including last-mile delivery networks and Develop and execute procurement strategies to improve cost, service quality, and performance. Conduct supplier evaluations, market assessments, and benchmarking activities. Negotiate supplier agreements and support contract development to drive savings and reduce risk. Design SLAs, KPIs, governance models, and performance management frameworks. Perform TCO analysis, spend analysis, and market research to support strategic recommendations. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, logistics, or consulting roles. Experience managing sourcing initiatives and contracts for last-mile delivery, couriers, and Strong knowledge of fleet operations, route optimization, and digital logistics platforms. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
