📋 Description Lead post-order customer journey for strategic accounts across multi-site environments. Own customer experience, project delivery, and cross-functional alignment. Manage portfolios with 25+ concurrent initiatives, ensuring execution and results. Drive customer satisfaction through risk management and continuous improvement. Engage customers through reviews and executive program discussions. Balance strategic account leadership with hands-on execution. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree from accredited institution. 7+ years in project management, field execution, or related roles in electrical/data center Valid driver’s license; ability to work in the United States without sponsorship. Bachelor’s in Engineering and/or Master’s preferred; PMP certification preferred. Experience leading large multi-tenant data center projects; multi-site/regional execution. Strong leadership, executive communication, and cross-functional influence. 🎁 Benefits Target total compensation range: $167,250 - $245,300 (base + incentives).
