📋 Description Provide strategic and practical guidance on litigation, disputes, investigations, and compliance. Support internal stakeholders with day-to-day litigation counseling and business-focused advice. Develop and maintain policies, processes, and practices for legal risk management. Manage relationships with external law firms, consultants, and other providers. Partner with technology teams to optimize e-discovery and data retention practices. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to manage disputes and compliance projects. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and legal compliance (law firm + global). J.D. or equivalent from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the United States. Proven ability to manage complex legal issues and evolving priorities. Strong communication and ability to present actionable recommendations. Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation. 🎁 Benefits Competitive base salary: $216k–$297k USD.
