Executive - PR-PO Conversion

📋 Description Create Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders as per formats from stakeholders Coordinate with internal/external teams to confirm/cancel/amend PR/PO; resolve system errors Follow up with vendors for material/service delivery; maintain tracker Initiate and coordinate vendor evaluation with business teams Maintain PP-PO tracker and update dashboard for management reporting Prepare and share reports timely with management 🎯 Requirements Experience: 2 to 4 years Location flexibility: Mumbai (Airoli), Pune, Bangalore; hybrid post-transition Work from Home during early morning shift; may require travel Flexible to shift timing adjustments per project needs Hybrid work from office after transition Junior level procurement/sourcing experience; SAP MM and PS knowledge 🎁 Benefits Excellent communication skills
