📋 Description The Content Project Manager will oversee assigned content projects, maintain strong author Manage a portfolio of contracted authors and serve as a primary point of contact throughout content Support author onboarding, project kickoffs, and ongoing communication to ensure contributors have Build trusted relationships with authors by understanding their workflows, challenges, and content Track assigned projects through all stages of the content lifecycle, maintaining accurate project Monitor project progress, submission schedules, and delivery milestones while proactively 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of experience in project coordination, content operations, editorial production, or a Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects independently, including large project Strong ability to identify risks early, communicate challenges proactively, and drive projects Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and making informed decisions within established Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy in project tracking.
