Staff Technical Recruiter

📋 Description Own the full-cycle recruitment across technical roles, from sourcing to offers and hiring. Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring strategies. Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple time zones. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by coordinating interviews and communications. Improve recruiting operations with scalable processes and tools, including AI-powered sourcing. Use recruiting data and metrics to optimize hiring performance. 🎯 Requirements At least 8 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in fast-growing tech companies Successful hiring of specialized technical talent including engineering, ML, or other hard-to-fill Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment and partnering with hiring managers. Ability to build scalable recruiting systems and leverage recruitment technologies, including Experience recruiting across multiple countries and remote/international organizations.
