📋 Description Hybrid role reporting to the Head of Event Response, focused on emergency operations and on-call Own end-to-end operational control, training, SOP development for the Emergency Response Team Improve real-time workflows for critical field events and integrate emergency protocols with Develop and maintain Emergency Action Plans and site-specific procedures, ensuring readiness and Serve as liaison for Public Safety Answering Points and coordinate communications for Coordinate planning for disasters, weather, and geopolitical risks; drive improvements via drills 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in operations, program management, emergency and disaster planning. 3+ years building/scaling global on-call programs, BCP, escalation pathways, or large Emergency Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Public Policy, Operations Management Deep knowledge of Emergency Action Plans and Business Continuity integration. Proven track record scaling emergency response teams across domestic and international regions.
