📋 Description Coordinate talent acquisition, including approvals, advertising, sourcing, interviewing, offers Partner with all levels to assess staffing needs and fill positions promptly. Build a bench of qualified candidates for current and future needs. Utilize social networking and other strategies to hire the right people. Provide high-level customer service to employees and candidates. Serve as brand ambassador at career fairs and campus events. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field and/or equivalent 2-4 years of full-cycle, volume and niche recruiting experience, preferably with a startup. Should be a south Indian, know 2 south Indian languages. Proven expertise in proactive internet sourcing techniques. Experience with applicant tracking systems and online sourcing strategies.
