Support retention, career development, and risk minimization through onboarding, transfers 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of human resources experience Experience in engineering/production/manufacturing environments Strong relationship-building and communication skills Experience handling employee relations issues independently Familiarity with Greenhouse, UltiPro, and/or Workday 🎁 Benefits Relocation support if not local to Memphis, TN Ability to work extended hours and weekends when needed Travel to other SpaceXAI locations
