📋 Description Oversee regional fulfillment performance across a network of facilities. Develop operational strategies to improve safety, quality, and service. Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and support teams to optimize delivery. Establish standards and SLAs to enhance merchant and customer experiences. Lead data-driven improvements with KPI tracking and reporting. Travel ~50% to regional sites across Canada to align teams. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in operations, logistics, supply chain, business, or equivalent experience. 4–6+ years in operations management, fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse leadership. Strong DTC fulfillment operations experience. Experience leading complex warehouse environments with multiple stakeholders. Advanced Excel for data analysis and decision making.
