Technical Sourcing Manager

📋 Description Source PCBA components; identify, evaluate, select suppliers. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and contracts with suppliers. Manage supplier relationships; primary contact for key vendors. Collaborate with engineering/manufacturing for new product introduction and supply chain. Drive cost optimization via value engineering and competitive sourcing. Monitor supplier performance and implement improvements. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 5 years in supply chain with high-tech focus. Experience with EE component suppliers and OEM/ODM partnerships. Proven procurement experience in electronics/hardware manufacturing; PCBA market knowledge. Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality. Highly analytical with strong commercial instincts; capable of complex stakeholder management.
