Research & Analysis: identify inconsistencies and failure modes in outputs. Knowledge Sharing: help engineers with prompt design best practices. Staying Current: track prompting/alignment techniques and bring ideas back. 🎯 Requirements 2 to 10+ years of software engineering or research. Strong fundamentals and understanding of LLM-driven/agentic systems. Experience shaping LLM behavior via prompts, tools, skills, or memory. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Nice to have: recent experience on modern LLM-driven products. Nice to have: experience cross-team or with external partners.
